Creative Digital Director

 

STATUS: Full-time
REPORTS TO: Lead Pastor       
WORK WEEK: Sunday through Thursday
HOURS: 45 / week - Sunday hours required

Mission: Engage, equip and deploy volunteers, contract employees and staff to help lead people into a growing relationships with Jesus Christ through the effort of creative arts.

Vision: Leverage your role as a catalyst for helping anthem create a growing church that unchurched people love to attend.

Bottom Line: Initiate, supervise and provide the leadership necessary to create authentic and creative large group experiences that help shepherd adults to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

Through connecting people with creative experiences that help grow their faith, you are to lead the creative and digital teams in creating excellent experiences unchurched people love attending and are helpful for everyone who wants to pursue Jesus Christ. You must leverage your role to become a catalyst for growth at Anthem, in both spiritual and numerical realms for your team and the adult attending base.


MINISTRY AREA RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cast vision for Digital teams.

  • Spiritually lead the Creative Digital Teams.

  • Recruit, train and help develop volunteers for Creative Digital Teams.

  • Develop, implement and oversee the Creative Digital team budget.

  • Plan and coordinate training and retreats for Creative Digital Team staff and volunteers.

  • Oversee development and execution of digital content.

  • Oversee development of design content.

  • Oversee execution of digital experiences.

  • Oversee, protect, and develop the Anthem Branding strategy and experience.

  • Participate in creative process for service programming team.

  • Oversee Anthem’s general communication plan through the digital experiences team.

  • Oversee digital environments

    • Website / Online experience

    • Social media platforms

PAY

  • Salaried

  • Starting at 10 days of paid vacation time (with supervisor approval)
